Refund policy

Returns for items that arrive damaged

ComicBookPlug accepts returns only for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or exchanges.

Contact hello@comicbookplug.com within 14 days after you receive your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, its holder, and the shipping packaging. Keep the item and packaging until we give you instructions.

Your options

If your item arrives damaged, contact us to arrange a return for a refund. For damage to a CGC holder, you can also choose to send the slab to CGC for reholder service. Contact us before you send the item so we can agree on the next steps and any costs for reholder service.

Return shipping

ComicBookPlug pays the return shipping cost for approved returns of items that arrive damaged. We will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions, including the return address. Do not send an item back before you contact us.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need more time to process the refund.
